I am the Equipment Manager for Clark Builders (CB Resources) and would like to take a minute to tell you about exceptional service we receive from Hart Transmission.
Our company’s fleet consists of over fifty vehicles with a portion of them being diesel trucks. We have situations where our trucks leave our yard and do not return for months on end. They are in locations where they are worked hard and not in the best of conditions. We feel confident that before we send these trucks out that Hart Transmission completes an inspection and they fix what is required to make our vehicles road worthy and safe. They complete the work in a timely fashion and are always up front and efficient in completing the work. They work with in the time frame we have available and are very honest if something is unable to be completed within the time frame.
In the few instances where things have gone wrong they have gone above and beyond to make the situation as good as can be. They are fair and honest. We have a great relationship with the team at Hart Transmission and have been very happy with the work that has been completed.
As Equipment Manager it is very important to have a strong relationship with the companies that we use, and I know that I can count on Hart Transmission.
